Passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at the age of 48. Born August 4, 1973 to Julio Rivera Sr. and Guadalupe Quesada in Lansing, Michigan. Veronica worked as a carpenter before going to work for Peckham Industries as a machine operator. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. Preceding her in death were her father, Julio Rivera Sr. and her brother, Julio Rivera Jr.
Surviving are her children, Robert Rivera, Raquell Rivera, Luis Rivera, Roxanna Nava-Rivera, Anjel Nava-Rivera; grandchildren, MaryJayn Rivera, Jasper Rivera; brothers, Sal (Amy) Rivera, Yndalecio Rivera as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Skinner Funeral Home, Lansing Chapel. Family will receive friends for visitation on Thursdays from 5-7 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
