Muiretta Lane Dolbee Obituary (1915

Muiretta Dolbee Age 89, of Aurelius Township, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 27, 2005. Born June 23, 1915 in Onondaga Township, the daughter of Lewis and Carrie (Jewett) Lane. Mrs. Dolbee was a retired teacher who had taught school at the Leslie Elementary School, the Sunnyside Country School, Eden Country School in Mason and retired in 1978 from teaching at the Mason High School in Special Education. After retirement her and her husband Lawrence moved to Aloha, Mullett Lake, Cheboygan, Michigan and in 1997 moved back to the Mason area. Preceding her in death were her husband Lawrence and daughter Marilyn Merindorf and brother, Solon Lane. Surviving are son Larry (Betsey) Dolbee of Mason and daughter, Carilyn (Claude) Slusser of Mason; son-in-law, Churck Merindorf of Mason; 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; brother, Albert (Lori) Lane of Fl.; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 1 at 12:00 noon at the Aurelius Baptist Church with burial following in the Greenwood Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the church from 11:00am until service time.
