Passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at the age of 61. Born on February 5, 1962 to John and Mary (Flanagan) Lonergan in Milford, Delaware. Traci grew up in Milford where she later met the love of her life, Bob Lenhart. They married at a young age and began a life, raising two children. For many years, she worked for her family's business Draperies Etc before moving to Holt, Michigan. After moving to Michigan, she earned her Pharmacy Tech certification and later worked for Walgreens in Lansing until her health forced her to retire early. Traci was one of the most loving, down-to-earth people you could have had the pleasure of knowing. Her door was always open for her kids, grandkids, extended family and friends. She was easy to talk to and always ready with a hot cup of coffee, a listening ear, words of advice or encouragement and a hug. She also wasn't afraid to speak her mind or tell you like it is. Traci was the sounding board of life, which is why so many looked to her for comfort and advice. She was a dedicated, loving mother who always put her family first. But her most cherished role was being a hands-on grandmother. She was an unending source of love, spending countless hours with her grandchildren and creating a mountain of memories. Traci's hobbies, including reading, sewing and baking, were not solitary endeavors but shared joys that she passed on to her grandchildren, creating a legacy of love and creativity. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and her memory will forever be cherished.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Lonergan, best friend and life partner, Robert (Bob) Lenhart, sister Joann (Bill) Warren, and sister-in-law Kat Lonergan. Traci is survived by her children, Katie (Danny Stevens) Lenhart, Ian (Amanda) Lenhart; grandchildren, Gabriella Stevens, Landyn Lenhart, Bentley Williford, Lilyan LeFebvre, and Elijah Lenhart; siblings, John Lonergan, Kevin (Janet) Lonergan Sr, and Kathi (Paul) Bacon, as well as many nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
