Kalen Lesean Mathews
Mason
Kalen was born along with his twin brother, Kadence on April 16, 2003 to Rachael Page and Cecil Mathews. He sadly left us on May 6, 2022. Kalen's dream was to become a police officer. At the age of 14 he was the youngest member of the Lansing Explorers Program where he belonged for four years. Kalen was a self-taught handy man and jack of all trades. He would walk to school early and help serve breakfast at Pleasant View Elementary school where he also worked in the audio-visual department. Kalen was a big MSU sports fan and he also enjoyed playing basketball, soccer, baseball and football. He volunteered his time working elections for Delhi Township, Lansing Food Pantry and the Old News Boys. He was beloved young man that will be missed dearly by all who knew him. Preceding him in death were his grandmother, Elicia Mathews and uncle, Seth Page.
Surviving is his mother, Rachael Page; father, Cecil Mathews; twin brother, Kadence Mathews; brother, Marshaun "Tooie" Robinson; sisters, Jada Page, Tyanna Dillard; grannie, Judy Page; nephew, James Mills and his aunt and uncles.
