Jim Lynn Quimby Obituary (1941 - 2015)

Jim L. Quimby Lansing Passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2015 at age 74. Born February 26, 1941 to Melvin and Myrtle Quimby in Lansing, Michigan. Jim worked as heating and cooling service technician and later became a manager at Adams Heating & Cooling in Holt where he would later retire. He and his late wife, Vicki also ran their own jewelry store out of their home called J&V's Rock n Shop. Jim enjoyed fishing, restoring cars and belonged to a few different car clubs from the Lansing area. Most of all he loved his family and all the time he was able to spend with them. Preceding him in death were his wife, Vicki Quimby; brother, Denny and his parents. Surviving are his daughters, Debbie Terberg, Kay Quimby; grandchildren, Karry (Willie) Deberry, Chelsea (David) Carpenter, Derek Terberg, Mindy Quimby, Kelly Terberg, Allison Terberg; 9 great grandchildren; brother, Don (Wanda) Quimby; sister, Diane (Jim) Lott; sister-in-law, Carol Quimby as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.
