James L. Brown

??? Age 70 of Eaton Rapids died Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at his residence following a terminal illness. Born May 18, 1936 in Grass Lake, the son of June and Ina (McGriff) Brown. Mr. Brown was a retired Engineer for the Lear Siegler Inc. of Grand Rapids. He was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Charlotte, an MSU graduate class of 1963, and a member of the Duck Lake Country Club. Preceding him in death were his prents; brother, LeRoy and sister, Virginia Stambach.

??? Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Sally; 2 sons, Greg (Laura) Brown of Charlotte and Jeff (Carol) Brown of Eaton Rapids; 2 grandchildren, Alex and Caroline Brown; sisters and brother-in-law, Mary DeMaso and Nancy and Ron Parsons; 1 niece and 5 nephews.

??? Funeral services will be Thursday, May 25th at 11:00 A.M. from the Skinner Funeral Home in Eaton Rapids. Family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service time. For those desirng memorial contributions may be made to either,Boys Scouts of America, Leukemia Foundation, Eaton Community Hospice or St. John's Epscopal Church in memory of James ?Brown.
