Of Eaton Rapids, MI passed away tragically on June 22, 2015 at the age of 26. Jacob was born on December 27, 1988 the son of Joe and Annette (Hilts) Pittman in Lansing, MI. He was a graduate of Eaton Rapids High School class of 2008. Jacob was a very loving and caring person who had a great love for children, and his dog and best friend Kira. Family was very important to Jacob and he always let them know how important they were. He enjoyed Art, Video gaming, bicycling, Music, and dancing. He is preceded in death by his father, Joe Pittman.
Surviving are his mother, Annette Pittman Nelson; grandmother, Joanne Boucha; parents, Brandy Hatt & Tony Harp; brother, Xander; aunt, Michelle Boucha; cousin, Chelsea & Ryan Boucha; and numerous other sibling, and cousins.
