Guadalupe Quesada Obituary (1946 - 2025)

Guadalupe Quesada Lansing, MI Went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at the age of 78. Born December 5, 1946 to Jose and Margarita Quesada in San Benito, Texas. Lupe was a devout Christian, faithful follower of Jesus, and loving mother and grandmother. She spent countless hours faithfully reading her bible and playing her crossword puzzles. Lupe attended Mount Hope Church Spanish Service in Lansing for many years. She loved spending time with all her family and especially loved her great grandchildren. Lupe was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who remember her. Preceding her in death was her husband, Julio Rivera Sr.; son, Julio Rivera Jr.; daughter, Veronica Rivera; siblings, Andres Quesada, Dominga Pinon, Gilberto Quesada, Antonia Pesina, Juan Quesada, Manuela Medina, Juanita Lopez. Surviving are her sons, Sal (Amy) Rivera, Indy Rivera; 19 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren, sister, Yolanda Lopez; sister-in-law, Jesusa Quesada; brother-in-law, Pedro Medina as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 17, 2025 at Skinner Funeral Home Lansing Chapel. Family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to the service.
