Charles F. McCarrick Obituary (1936 - 2008)

Age 72 of Eaton Rapids died Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at his residence following a long illness. Born February 7, 1936 in Lansing the son of Irving and Verna (Twichell) McCarrick. Charlie had formerly worked as a Truck Driver for Miller Trucking in Detroit and retired? in 1996 from the City of Eaton Rapids in the DPW Department. He was a former Volunteer? Fireman for the City of Eaton Rapids and was a 4-H Leader for 10 years.? Preceding him in death were his parents and a sister. Surviving are his wife Rosetta; 5 daughters and a son, Julie (Ken) Locke, Kathy (Dan) Curtis, Debbie (Cody) Forist all of Eaton Rapids, Greg (Emily) McCarrick of Owosso, Georgia McCarrick of Kokomo, IN. and Crystal McCarrick of Lansing; 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandsons; sister, Sharon McCarrick of Eaton Rapids; 2 brothers, Richard (Diane) McCarrick of Lansing and Robert (Nancy) McCarrick of Grafton, OH.; numerous nieces and nephews.??? Funeral services will be Saturday, April 5th at 1:00 P.M. from the Skinner Funeral Home in Eaton Rapids with burial following in the Rosehill Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M.
